CA Prop 65 Warning
Some of our products, like pins, may contain elements such as nickel. Nickel has been shown by the state of California to cause Cancer or other Reproductive harm. Most of the chemicals used in our products are completely safe. Others, such as nickel, are only dangerous when eaten in large amounts. PLEASE do not eat our products! They all taste terrible and some may make you sick.
Other Product Safety
Lanyards and medals with neckribbons pose a strangulation hazard to children. These products are not intended to be used by small children without adult supervision. For adolescents, please add a breakaway attachement to lanyards to prevent strangulation.
Most of our products can be a choking hazard if used improperly. Nothing that we sell is intended to go in your mouth, and nothing we sell is intended for small children.
Artwork file formats accepted
.AI, .PDF (illustrator editable), or EPS with fonts converted to outlines (curves). Submitting bitmap art (.JPG, TIFF, .BMP or .PNG files) may incur an artwork charge.
Proofing and Approval
We will send art proofs for you or your client to approve before production of every order. Production time begins on art approval. No production will start until the proofs are approved in writing (e-mail). Final product will match approved proof. Make sure any changes are requested BEFORE approving the proof.
Order Terms
Unless otherwise agreed upon in advance, all of our orders require a 50% advance payment, and the balance is due when we ship your products. Clients with net terms, your invoice becomes due on ship date. You will be provided an invoice and tracking number on your ship date. Please pay by check within your net terms. Late payments incur a 1.6% finance charge with monthly accrual.
Payments and Processing of Invoices
Unless credit term has been agreed upon, payment for the products shall be made by credit card or check. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on your invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. An order may be invoiced separately. Popularpins is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer by Popularpins and reserves the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors. Popularpins reserves the right to charge you a late penalty charge of up to 1.6% per month applied against undisputed overdue amounts or the maximum rate permitted by law whichever is less. Every 30 days thereafter, you will incur an additional late penalty charge.
Production and Shipping
Popularpins appreciates the trust our customers place in us. It's important to note that we do not provide free shipping services. Shipping fees will vary depending on the delivery address. Additionally, shipments outside North America may incur additional charges, taxes, tariffs, or fees. These expenses are the responsibility of the customer or recipient and are not the responsibility of Popularpins.
Refund Policy
All sales on custom products are final. Proofs are provided for your approval prior to manufacturing your order. Once the proof is approved, we will manufacture and deliver your order according to the proof approved. Many of our custom products are hand-made or involve hand processing and as a result may differ slightly from piece to piece. Slight variations, as defined as aesthetic differences on 5% or less of the product are considered normal and therefore acceptable.
Cancellation Fee
For cancelled orders paid for by CREDIT CARD, there is a 5% cancellation fee. This fee covers the costs and fees associated with processing two credit card transactions. Thank you for your understanding. There is no cancellation fee when orders have been paid by check or money order.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
